Main features of R-type clip plate

The R type clip plate suspended ceiling is composed of aluminum alloy plate clipped on the special framing, simple and easy in installation. The aluminum plate surface is treated chemically, spray-coated with powder or roll-coated with polyester, multiple in colors, resulted in holeless type and acoustic pinhole type. The quality aluminum products come from Yunnan, central China and Guangzhou, non-fading in color, simple in maintenance, durable, corrosion-proof, flame retardant, low in dirt adhesion on the surface, easy in enviormmental protection and recovery, so that it is broadly applied in various indoor ornament and an ideal ornamental material.

R-type clip plate suspended ceiling can be dismantled and assembled freely and independently for each plate, good in air circulation after installation, with fixing modular teeth on the framing to facilitate installation rapid and accurate.

R-type clip plate is 85mm in the width, arc edge in the side, 16mm in the height, 0.4mm -0.8mm in the thickness of the material, Φ1.8mm,Φ3mm and Φ6mm in the pinhole diameter, 6m in the length, with the color referred to the color clip. The framing is processed out of the galvanized steel plate with the special bayonets punched and fixed modules.

R-type suspended ceiling is broadly applied to the places of modeling of indoor hall, airplane waiting building, bazaar, hospital, station, hotel and games house.

Installation of R-type buckle plate

1、Install the trimming angles well same borizontal height.
2、Holst the light steel keels(keel of 38 or 50)at the proper gap generally as 1～1.2m, and arrange the booms based on the distrlbution of light steel keels.
3、Assemble the hanging piece pressembled on the pinch slat keel, together with the pinch slat keel, just below the light steel keel vertically, with the gap between pinch slat keel generally as Im. Adjust it to levelafter installation.
4、Fix the pinch slats on the keel in order, and press the retainer after everyfixing. Use connecting picces to connect the pinch slats.
5、Put on the gloves when asscmbing the pinch slats. If any fingerprint or dirt is remained carelessly, clean it by water detergent, and wipe it.
