Performance

Formation: The grid ceiling is composed of hole and holeless channel grid sheet, suspended part and edged angel. 
Material: The grid sheet, edged angel are made of aluminum alloy and the suspended part of lacquer-stoved steel plate. 
Appearance and color: Treated with semi-luster, mercerization, metal, brilliance and mirror face. 
Fire proofing: Inflammable, fireproof, suitable to high temperature surroundings. 
Acoustic effect: The deafening cotton put on the upper of the ceiling can obtain good acoustic effect.Airing: Able to satisfy any airing requirement.

Introduction for installation of normal compound grid

1.Install the edged angle as per the same level; 
2.Install the light steel framing (framing in 30 or 50) as per a proper interval, generally in 1-1.2m interval, with the suspended rods distance spread as per the specification of light steel framing; 
3.Put the suspended part preinstalled on the buckle plate framing together with the buckle keel stuck closely to the light steel framing in a vertical direction under the light steel framing at the interval of the buckle plate keel 1m generally. Adjust the level after complete installation;
4.Buckle the buckle plate on the framing. Employ a detergent or clear water to mop dry if any fingerprint or blot left due to carelessness. (Note: No corrosive detergent used).
