C-type clip (seamless clip) plate installation introduction (in bevel and right angles)

1. Draw the level line as per the required level height, good in latitude, longitude and verticality. 

2. Install the light steel framing as per the proper interval (38 or 50 in framing), with general interval 1-1.2m. The suspended rod distance is arranged as per the provision of light steel framing. 

3. Connect the special keel by clip code at the interval of 120cm to the light steel framing (the suspended rod generally at the interval of 1.5m), or employ the suspended rod and spring clip code to draw the level line of the framing in the direction of latitude and longitude with the normal interval of the framing at 120cm (the suspended rod distance generally at 1.5m). 

4. After the level line of the framing suspended, make use of its own spring force of the clip plate to press into the position of the keel locket. (The correct installed plate face should be naturally smooth and needs not revised). 

5. For connection of extra long clip plate, cut nearly the connection position of the clip plate. Cut the clip plate in about 10-20cm and press lightly the connected plate with its own spring force, resulted in smooth connection effect, or reconnect after both ends folded.
