Performance

Fire resistance: made of metal material, this product has the excellent fire resistance, and is corrosion resistant and easy to clean, complying with the requirements of environmental protection.

Adaptability; as a kind of high and middle-class decorative material, this product can be broadly applied in airport, hotel, restaurant, office, shopping mall, railway station and high-class dwelling for interior celling decoration.

Type

Pattern of ceilings with hidden keels; porous or non-porous plates of 600×600、300×300、400×400、300×600、500×500、300×1200、600×1200、100×100、100×300、100×600、150×150 and 150×600.
Pattern of ceilings with open keels(iterated plates): 600×600 and 300×600, with the thickness up to 0.3-1.0mm.

Installtion method

1. Install the edged angle as per the same level;
2. Hoist 38# light steel keel at an appropriate interval, generally at an interval of 0.8-1.2m, with the interval of the suspended rods arranged as per the regulation of the light steel keel; 
3. Put the suspended part preinstalled on the triangle keel together with the triangle keel stuck to the light steel keel in a vertical direction with the light steel under the light steel keel, with the triangle keel arranged as per the specified interval. Adjust the level after complete installation;
4. Press lightly to parallel edges of the ceiling plate into the seam of the triangle keel. Install a row of ceiling respectively in latitude and longitude. Confirm they are vertical with each other and then install the remaining ceiling; 
5. Rejoin the square plate with square plate and press slightly to obtain a tight effect; The seam between the plate in latitude and longitude must be vertical;? 
6. Have to wear the gloves to install the plates. Employ a detergent or clearing agent to mop dry if any fingerprint or a blot left due to carelessness. (Note: No corrosive detergent used).
